Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales setting.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned.
• Engage in in-store prospecting within the bank environment.
• Process deposits and outgoing funds, balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Inspect cash to guard against counterfeit items and IDs.
• Enter transactions, issue receipts, and balance cash drawer.
• Sell money orders, cashier’s checks, wires, and CDs; process Western Union wires.
• Cross-sell bank services and assist a Spanish-speaking customer base.
• Attend to additional tasks as assigned; maintain regular attendance.
