Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Aim for monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in in-store aisle prospecting when needed.
• Process deposits and payouts and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and check endorsements.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs; process Western Union wires.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
