The role involves handling cash, processing deposits and withdrawals, and cross-selling banking products to a diverse customer base, including many Spanish-speaking customers. Your duties include maintaining accuracy, following bank policies, and supporting daily operations while working a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must pass background investigation per company policy.
• Must get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Under direct supervision, provide customer service, handling cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies in accordance with supervisor guidance.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store prospecting within a sales environment.
• Process deposits and payouts and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks for deposits, verify amounts.
• Screen cash to detect counterfeit checks and identification.
• Record transactions and issue receipts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier’s checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services and products.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers.
• Assist with supervisor-requested tasks related to the bank and its functions.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
