Employbridge is seeking a Bilingual Branch Recruiter (not remote or hybrid) for Downers Grove, IL. The role focuses on recruiting for branch operations with daily involvement across multiple customers and teams.

The position emphasizes hands-on recruitment, candidate attraction through postings and social channels, and thorough candidate screening, including drug screens and I-9s, to place candidates quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with a VMS system is a plus.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow-up with customer orders/requests and internal team.
• Leadership exposure/experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Brainstorm with your team to attract great candidates.
• Use creative thinking to attract applicants across postings and social media.
• Apply marketing skills to postings and community to stand out.
• Interview and select candidates to fit opportunities.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get hires started.
