Employbridge is seeking a Bilingual Branch Recruiter (not remote or hybrid) for our Plainfield, IN location. The Recruiter will source, screen, interview, and place candidates across high-volume roles, while building a robust candidate pipeline and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develops sourcing plans via networking with schools, colleges, vocational schools for skilled roles, web-based and social media channels
• Owns and writes effective content for online job postings to attract active and passive candidates via CRM-integrated job boards
• Screens, interviews, and recommends candidates to fill orders
• Builds and maintains an active candidate pipeline and updates the database
• Leverages data to set expectations based on volume to fill positions timely
• Leads candidates through interview cycles based on their experiences and availability
• Uses CRM to document all job activity through full vetting cycle
• Conducts drug screens, I-9s, and background checks
