Job summary

EmployBridge in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Recruiter to join our on-site team. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting, stakeholder coordination, and delivering qualified candidates for manufacturing opportunities.

You'll engage with the community, leverage MS Office tools, and manage a busy pipeline of 40+ client orders daily. Bilingual Spanish/English is encouraged to apply, with a strong sense of urgency and teamwork.

Qualifications

Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
Experience with MS Office

Responsibilities

Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
Use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
Apply your marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill opportunities
Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
