Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Branch Recruiter to join our Downers Grove, IL team on-site. This full-time role focuses on recruiting for light industrial positions and nurturing relationships with local customers to fill opportunities quickly.

You will collaborate with the team to attract candidates, screen applicants, conduct screenings, and coordinate background checks and I-9s to get hires started. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 per year, with benefits including medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with a VMS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm ways to attract great candidates with your team.
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates through postings and social media.
• Interview candidates and coordinate drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

A day as a Recruiter looks like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help is stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I9's so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & Staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily
• Experience with a VMS System is a plus!
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow-up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
