Employbridge is seeking a Bilingual Branch Recruiter (not remote or hybrid) for our on-site team in Brooklyn Park, MN. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates to meet staffing goals in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers an annual salary range of $45,000–$52,000 with emphasis on diversity hiring, compliance, and timely order fulfillment. Candidates should be energetic and customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse recruiting process.
• Strong client engagement experience.
• Experience using dashboards and reports to drive decisions.
• Experience with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen resumes to build a strong candidate pool.
• Conduct interviews and refer qualified candidates to job assignments.
• Maintain and update candidate database and pipeline.
• Create effective job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Manage full vetting cycle and CRM documentation.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
