Employbridge is seeking a Bilingual Branch Recruiter to join our Maryville/Knoxville team in a fast-paced, on-site role. You will source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants, and fill orders to meet staffing goals.

The position emphasizes high-volume recruiting, diverse candidate engagement, and strong client relationships in a non-remote setting. You will build pipelines, write effective job postings, utilize CRM tools, and ensure compliance with screening and background processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process.
• Track record of success with client engagement.
• Experience using platforms and dashboards to drive effective decisions.
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
• Excellent customer service skills in stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develops sourcing plans through networking, schools, vocational programs and online channels.
• Owns and writes content for online job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Screens, interviews, and recommends candidates to fill orders.
• Builds and maintains an active candidate pipeline and updates the database.
• Leverages market knowledge to align recruiting with client needs and goals.
• Leads candidates through the interview process based on experience and availability.
• Uses CRM to document job activity and manage the vetting cycle.
• Conducts drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
