Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Participate in regulatory training and the Republic Way of sales and customer service.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Engage in branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles such as Audit, Compliance and Training.
