Job summary

RBFCU is hiring a Float Branch Member Service Representative for the San Antonio Northwest region. The role blends Teller and Personal Banker duties, engaging with members to identify needs and recommend solutions. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour bilingual premium after certification.

The MSR Float may train at one branch and then support multiple locations within the region, with growth paths and RBFCU's Learning and Development program.

Qualifications

• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Flexible Monday through Saturday schedule and ability to cover regions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process a variety of transactions in person, video conference, drive-thru, and telephonic channels.
• Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments per policies and laws.
• Engage members to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Support branch operations across the Northwest San Antonio region as required.
