Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking a Loan Specialist in El Paso, TX, to drive loan sales and deliver excellent customer service in person and by phone. You will build relationships, assess credit options, and guide customers through the loan process, while maintaining compliance and delivering a high level of service.

The role requires strong cash handling, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Cash handling ability.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships across the loan lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Apply underwriting techniques and sales tools for informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts via calls, texts, and emails to resolve balances.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products for informed decisions.
• Multitask effectively to meet dynamic demand.
