Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets and drive volume.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the loan lifecycle and offer tailored solutions.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to guide informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls/texts/emails to arrange payments.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
