Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to lending decisions.
• Manage delinquent accounts (1-30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
• Multitask effectively to meet dynamic business needs.
