Job summary

ORNL Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive member service excellence, and lead a team to achieve growth targets. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering deep member connections.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, handling deposits and loans, coordinating community outreach, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• One or more years of financial services experience and three or more years of customer service and/or sales experience is required.
• One or more years of employee management experience is required.
• Associate's degree in business or financial management, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, training or military experience is required.
• Must have the ability to coach, mentor, and build consistent behavioral skills in staff and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to branch staff to achieve growth and service goals.
• Hire, motivate, develop and direct staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Assist members with accounts, loans, and products; resolve issues promptly.
• Manage branch budget and reporting; maintain records and audits.
• Lead staff meetings and training; schedule staff and monitor time sheets.
• Represent the branch in community events and member engagement.
