ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by the Experts in Prosper, TX is seeking a part-time Business Development, Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will grow into a leadership role. You will build relationships with commercial clients, generate leads, and support revenue growth while working closely with the CEO.

This in-person role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong organizational skills, and comfort with outbound calling, meetings, and networking events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business administration, sales, or related field.
• Candidates with equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, customer relationship management, or a related area is preferred; strong entry level candidates with demonstrated potential are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify potential commercial customers.
• Generate qualified leads and help schedule sales appointments.
• Manage HubSpot CRM and maintain sales pipelines.
• Track appointments, proposals, and opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and branding efforts.
• Work with CEO on sales, business development, and growth initiatives.
