Job summary

Special Touch Home Care is seeking a bilingual Business Development Representative to promote our home care services to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. The role is office-based with occasional events to expand referral networks and grow client opportunities.

The candidate will work with the intake team to connect prospective clients with services, attend local events, and build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and local businesses.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of business development experience with a proven track record of generating leads and driving growth.
• Excellent verbal communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the local office and ensure all visitors receive attentive, professional service.
• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to generate leads and increase client referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, local businesses, and other referral sources.
• Participate in networking events, health fairs, and community presentations to raise awareness of our services.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients and follow up on new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the community intake team to facilitate the intake process for new clients.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community members about our services and how to make referrals.
• Track outreach activity, leads, and referrals to evaluate results and improve strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and community needs to identify opportunities for growth.
