The role involves handling a high volume of calls, translating medical terminology into clear information, and resolving complex billing issues within the Quest Billing System.

Training is mandatory and full-time schedules apply. Starting pay is $20.00+ per hour, with eligibility for annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of call center experience handling high volume inbound calls.
• 1+ year in medical/health care setting resolving customer health care concerns.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims billing/finance and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume calls from patients or their representatives; translate medical terminology into understandable information.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints to full resolution.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and other applications.
• Maintain a tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Perform additional projects or tasks based on business need.
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations at all times.
