You will handle 8:30 AM–8:00 PM ET shifts with 9-hour blocks, attend training, and assist with billing inquiries, translating medical terminology into clear guidance.

Qualifikationen

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in a call center with high inbound call volume.
• 1+ year in a medical/healthcare setting analyzing and resolving customer health care concerns.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims billing/finance and eligibility processes.
• Able to translate medical terminology into simple steps.

Aufgaben

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives, translating medical terms into understandable information.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and other applications.
• Maintain tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Perform additional projects or tasks as needed by business.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA at all times.
