Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness, commuter, spending accounts).
• Assist employees with benefits questions, enrollment, and benefits support.
• Support benefits communications and employee education initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate leave of absence cases, including disability and accommodations.
