Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Benefits Liaison - Bilingual (French) to coordinate absence programs for a key client and support the Benefits Program Manager. You will assist with client training, surveys, and reporting to optimize program administration.

In this role, you will liaise between client HR and employees, communicate issues, and help evaluate program results. Strong attention to detail and bilingual French/English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Six years absence management experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of absence programs and legal requirements.
• Project and office operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate absence programs between client HR and employees.
• Communicate with client, employees, providers and Company operations team to resolve issues.
• Assist in evaluating results of absence programs and prepare management reports.
• Maintain records and monitor satisfaction with leave and disability administration.
• Assist client training and benefits fairs and in program administration.
