Job summary

Legacy Community Health is seeking a Bilingual Behavioral Health Representative I in Pasadena, TX. The role supports on-site Behavioral Health providers with administrative and clinical tasks, coordinating patient access and ensuring a smooth care experience across services.

You will interpret, assist with registrations, manage schedules, and assist with triage and reminders. Ideal candidates will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have CPR/AED certification, and 0–1 year of related experience or a

Qualifications

• BLS (CPR & AED) certification required.
• Three to six months of related experience preferred.
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• BH familiarity is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange language line interpretation services.
• Assist new patients with registration and intake follow-up.
• Manage EHR and continuity of care lists.
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize patient access.
• Handle patient communications and referrals for Behavioral Health services.
• Attend required safety and staff meetings.
