Legacy Community Health is seeking a bilingual Clinical Scheduling Assistant in Houston to ensure timely, coordinated care by monitoring provider schedules and guiding real-time clinic flow in Legacy's EHRS. You will collaborate with front desk, clinical teams, and Contact Center to create a welcoming, efficient patient experience.

Requirements include a Medical Assistant certification or EHRS training, high school diploma, and BLS/CPR; Spanish-speaking ability is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a medical clinic setting is preferred.
• Proficient in entering data in an EHRS system.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team to achieve goals.
• Spanish-speaking required.

Aufgaben

• Monitor provider schedules and real-time clinic flow in EHRS.
• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling with front desk and clinical team.
• Investigate scheduling issues and escalate as needed.
• Schedule same-day/next-day appointments using waitlists and reports.
• Serve as point of contact for Contact Center during same-day visits.
