Job summary

OLE Health seeks an Access Representative, Behavioral Health in Woodland, CA to support scheduling, eligibility verification and client intake for behavioral health programs. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accurate data handling and patient-focused service within a busy clinic.

Responsibilities include answering calls, reminding patients of appointments, processing referrals, and maintaining organized front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative and customer service experience in a medical office preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, answer phones and provide information.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and performing reminder calls.
• Maintain, file, and scan documents including making copies and assisting clients in completing forms.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist clients with how to obtain information about their benefits. Collect payment for services when appropriate.
• Maintain client data tracking spreadsheets in internal and external databases.
• Complete client registration details with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby. Update bulletins including pamphlets displays and brochures.
• Assist with specimen handling for point-of care urine drug tests including processing and interpreting results.
• Maintain an environment of confidentiality.
• Receive and process referrals for various behavioral health programs.
• Some travel may be required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
