Job summary

Legacy Community Health is seeking a Bilingual Behavioral Health Representative I to support patients in a welcoming, organized care environment. You will partner with on-site Behavioral Health providers and assist with registration, interpretation, and coordination of referrals and appointments to ensure access to services.

Qualifications

• BLS (CPR & AED) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Arrange language line interpretation services.
• Assist with registration and scheduling to ensure timely appointments.
• Manage EHR and continuity of care lists.
• Coordinate provider schedules to improve patient access.
• Translate for monolingual providers as needed.
• Handle lab service orders and patient communications.
