Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills with evidence-based methods while promoting positive behaviors.

The role requires patience, compassion, and teamwork; training is provided, and candidates must be able to assist with mobility and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism is beneficial, but training is provided.
• Ability to work one-on-one with clients under supervision.
• Must be patient and collaborative in a team environment.
• Must be able to stand and assist in physical activities up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans under a BCBA.
