Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with a BCBA, applying evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; no prior experience required. Expect physical activity including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a dynamic daily routine focused on meaningful child outcomes.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist children in reducing interfering behaviors during sessions.
