Job summary

Intermountain Centers in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Behavior Coach to provide intensive direct support to at-risk children and families. You will develop and implement individualized behavior plans, conduct family and school-based interventions, and collaborate with CFT teams to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years experience in child mental health.
• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience working with children with a mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children and families.
• Provide at least 30 hours of face-to-face direct services weekly.
• Drive to meet clients in home, school, and community.
• Complete documentation and billing within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with Child and Family Teams and partner agencies.
