Centria Healthcare in Tempe, AZ is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA to implement individualized interventions, teaching communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide training and a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and able to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed in a dynamic setting.

Formación

• Must love helping children with autism and work in a collaborative team.
• Ability to engage children one-on-one under supervision of a BCBA.
• Must be 18+ years old and have HS diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid cert and TB test; background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized interventions.
• Follow BCBA guidance to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Document progress and communicate with the supervising team.
• Assist with ensuring safety during activities and transitions.
