Job summary

EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera Center Inc., seeks Child/Family Therapists for Tempe or Glendale locations. The role provides individual, family, and group therapy to children, youth, and adults, with a 40-hour week and possible evenings/weekends to accommodate families.

Qualifications include a Master's in behavioral health, Arizona licensure, fingerprint clearance, and Spanish bilingual ability. Strong crisis, documentation, and transportation reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's Degree in behavioral health field.
• Licensure through AzBBHE and/or work experience preferred.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and systems of care is preferred.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have Fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one.
• Must have a valid AZ driver's license with no major infractions in the past three years.
• Must have regular access to reliable transportation.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of individual and family counseling.
• Perform clinical liaison duties for assigned clients.
• Maintain all client records per agency policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings and trainings as requested.
• Support crisis intervention and service planning as part of the team.
