Job summary

Intermountain Centers seeks a Behavior Coach to provide intensive, direct support to families with at‑risk children. The role develops individualized behavior plans and delivers services in home, school and community settings under Positive Behavior Support principles.

You will work with children and adolescents, collaborating with CFT teams to implement plans, track progress and promote positive behavioral changes, with driving required to reach clients in community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to work with families, schools and community partners.
• Strong documentation and data-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children and families.
• Provide at least 30 hours of face-to-face direct services weekly.
• Support families by connecting to community resources and services.
• Coordinate with school, family and CFT teams to promote positive behavior supports.
• Provide transportation to clients as needed and maintain safety.
• Attend trainings and supervision as assigned and complete required documentation on time.
• Maintain client caseload and ensure chart compliance.
• Provide feedback to teams on progress and barriers to progress.
