Asbury's Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston is hiring a Bilingual Service BDC Call Agent - English/Spanish. You will manage a high volume of calls to enhance the guest experience, schedule service, and drive retention while meeting KPI targets.

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a guest-centric mindset.
• Schedule service appointments and drive service retention.
• Follow up on missed appointments and maintenance needs.
• Meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls and contacts.
• Build trust with guests in English and Spanish.
