Job summary

HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Operations Assistant for a full-time, temp-to-hire role in North Phoenix, AZ. The candidate will support sales operations, manage communications, and coordinate administrative tasks across a cross-time-zone team.

Responsibilities include field visits, reporting, order processing, and inventory coordination with warehouses, plus collaboration with an Taiwan-based team to ensure timely service and project progress.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative, sales, or account coordination experience (internships also considered).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Constructions, or a related field preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly client visits across the Phoenix Metro area to maintain customer relationships, gather market insights, and address customer needs.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales activity reports summarizing customer feedback, performance updates, and inventory status.
• Respond to customer and internal communications via email and manage customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Perform inventory audits at third-party warehouses and assist in resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Taiwan-based team, adjusting work hours as needed for cross-time-zone communication.
• Handle administrative tasks, including purchase requests, vendor billing, and document organization.
• Assist with invoice generation, processing, and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
• Support procurement and logistics activities in order to maintain on time customer service and project progress.
