Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Chelsea, MA. The BCBA will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise staff, and directly treat clients with focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.

Qualifications include BCBA certification, BACB coursework, bilingual Spanish, and 2+ years of related clinical experience. Valid driver’s license required; sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• At least two years’ related clinical experience.
• Active driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Document with instructional programs, data, graphs, and progress reports.
• Develop behavior support plans.
