Northeast Family Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide family consultations.

The role includes data collection, progress reporting, and ongoing training, with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior. Evening and morning hours may be required, and a strong commitment to ABA best practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and direct treatment at skills acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behavior.
• Maintain thorough documentation: progress reports, data graphs and behavior support plans.
