Job summary

Behavior Stars ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) fluent in Spanish and English to join our Connecticut-based clinical team. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and collaborate with families and professionals to deliver high-quality ABA services.

The role requires valid BCBA certification and CT licensure eligibility, with travel within Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Connecticut Behavior Analyst License or eligibility is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Reliable transportation for travel within Connecticut.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs.
• Analyze treatment data and adjust programming as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in insurance authorizations and treatment plan reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians, schools, therapists, and other providers.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards per BACB Ethics Code.
