Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide family consultations and trainings.

The role includes supervision of behavior technicians, direct treatment, and meticulous documentation to support ongoing treatment goals. Qualifications include a Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework, current BCBA certification, and bilingual Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB coursework completed.
• Current BCBA certification, in good standing with BACB.
• LABA preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Minimum two years clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Implement skill acquisition and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Prepare documentation: data, progress reports, and behavior plans.
