Qualifications

• High School required.
• Less than 2 years customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Utilize knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex inquiries.
• Provide quality service to retain existing customers and attract new business.
• Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives.
• Introduce Associated Bank products and services to customers when appropriate.
