Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions
• Achieve individual sales goals through referrals and marketing outreach
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal partner support
• Maintain accurate transaction processing and account opening
• Explain complex banking solutions in a simple way
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products
• Follow branch security procedures and protect staff and customers
