Job summary

The candidate will handle documentation, assist with account openings, and maintain strong client relations to promote the bank’s products and services. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in banking or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with fluent speaking, understanding, reading and writing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Relationship Manager with developing and expanding the assigned portfolio.
• Provide support to gather information to identify new business opportunities.
• Gather documentation to submit new account opening packages.
• Assist in cross-selling the Bank’s products and services to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone or in person and route requests as needed.
• Support account activity reports and compliance activities (KYC, ECS, investigations).
• Follow up on pending documentation for BSA requirements.
• Assist with business travel support to service the portfolio.
• Contribute to other duties and projects as assigned.
