WRXForce is growing and looking for a motivated, bilingual sales professional to help expand our payroll and HR solutions business in El Paso, TX. The role emphasizes building relationships, generating new opportunities, and closing business with small to mid-sized clients, many of whom prefer Spanish in communication.

The position offers a $30,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and a first-year potential of $50,000–$80,000+, plus company-generated leads, training, and nationwide sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Experience managing the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Organized and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up on company-generated leads.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline.
