Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale industrial supply sales.
• Ability to manage leads, pipeline and forecast sales.
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in order processing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders into the sales order entry system.
• Relay orders to departments to prepare and ship to locations.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping dates and delays.
• Prepare quotes and respond to customer questions about products.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, purchasing, shipping and carriers to expedite shipments.
• Resolve customer issues and provide reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
