Job summary

Fencing Supply Group Acquisition LLC in Florida is seeking a Customer Service/ISR to serve as the primary contact for high-volume B2B clients, providing product information, quotes, and service support. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of QC or manufacturing experience (fencing or metal fabrication preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and inspection criteria.
• Proficient in data collection, statistics, and problem-solving tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual required: English/Spanish.
• QuickBooks knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with high-volume B2B customers and coordinate orders with assigned sales reps.
• Track multi-service-center orders with multiple SKUs and delivery dates across several sites.
• Consult with customers to provide product information or resolve complaints.
• Prepare quotes, promote solutions and services, process orders, invoicing, and returns.
• Record customer interactions or transactions; maintain a complete history of inquiries, complaints, and actions.
• Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanges, refunds, or bill adjustments.
• Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and prepare invoices for returns.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim outcomes.
• Identify and qualify leads with prospects and drive sales through the pipeline.
• Develop bids and relationships with trading partners to stay informed about upcoming opportunities.
• Stay knowledgeable about changes in the company’s B2B infrastructures.
• Handle UPS shipping, material receiving, inventory cycle counts, and order processing.
