Formica Corporation is seeking a proactive Customer Service professional in the Fort Lauderdale area to serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts. You will support field sales, manage orders, and resolve issues to maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a relevant degree, and 2+ years in customer service within a manufacturing environment. Strong Office skills are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues creatively and effectively.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Function as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to all accounts in assigned territory; Includes phone, email & fax communication.
• Support field sales representatives in assigned territory.
• Manage customer purchase orders from entry to fulfillment.
• Handle customer complaints from initiation to resolution.
• Establish positive business relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Educate customers on our product offering.
• Work with sales team to provide timely and accurate sales forecasts.
