JC Aviation Solutions in Miami, FL, seeks an Aviation Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator to support aircraft parts procurement and logistics. You will manage purchase orders, track shipments, verify parts, and maintain documentation, while coordinating with vendors and logistics partners.

The role requires local residency in Miami, bilingual English/Spanish, and 1+ year of relevant experience. Typical schedule is on-site, with compensation based on aviation experience.

Qualifications

• Local to the Miami area (residency within commuting distance)
• 1+ year of experience in operations, logistics, shipping/receiving, purchasing or related roles
• Strong organization and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple follow-ups
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets and cloud-based systems
• Legal to work in the United States
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsabilités

• Create, update and maintain purchase orders and order records
• Track open orders from purchase through delivery
• Monitor supplier shipping dates and follow up on outstanding orders
• Maintain accurate tracking information and order status
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status and discrepancies
• Escalate delayed or at-risk orders and maintain organized records
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and routine reporting
• Receive incoming aircraft parts and verify against POs and packing slips
• Document receipts and maintain proper storage and traceability
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Support inventory counts and data-entry into systems
• Help document and improve internal procedures and workflows
