Job summary

ACG Logistics in Miami is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage shipments (imports and exports) through the full process until cargo arrives or departs.

You will prepare quotations, obtain quotes from airlines and carriers, route, consolidate and book air/sea traffic, inform clients of cargo status, and prepare documentation and billing. TSA knowledge and bilingual English/Spanish are required. On-site position.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience minimum required
• Bilingual - English / Spanish

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations
• Obtain quotations from airlines/carriers and optimize costs in shipments
• Handle, route, consolidate and book air or sea import/export traffic efficiently
• Inform clients about cargo status
• Prepare shipment documentation and billing of the shipments handled
• Prepare and send the invoice of the shipment
• TSA knowledge
• In office / non- remote job
