Starting pay is $20 per hour, with higher compensation based on experience. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Google Sheets used to track local deliveries.
• Coordinate with Sales regarding special instructions for local orders.
• Organize documents and folders for local customers and Orlando direct shipments.
• Prepare packing lists, invoices, and other shipping documentation.
• Provide mill certificates to local customers.
• Enter and process work orders.
• Scan and maintain documents in the company database.
• Assist with billing by invoicing local orders after delivery.
• Communicate with various departments regarding local deliveries and work orders.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
