Job summary

Seminole Chevrolet in Sanford, FL is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who is bilingual in Spanish and English. Candidates should have prior automotive service advisor experience (1 year preferred), excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Previous automotive experience is preferred.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred, at least 1 year is required.
• Able to manage in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Strong customer service, phone and computer skills are necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly at their vehicle in the service lanes.
• Perform vehicle walk-around, collect customer info and identify primary concern, reporting symptoms clearly.
• Review repair histories and verify maintenance/recall needs.
• Promote labor, parts and accessory sales; prepare complete cost estimates.
