Job summary

Lexus of Oxnard, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, is seeking a Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment and embodies respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork.

You will lead customers through their sales journey, build trust with prospects, respond to web, phone, and store inquiries, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record
• Spanish speaking required
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
• Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead)
