Job summary

DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich is recruiting Car Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced, high-earning team focused on delivering an exceptional car-buying experience both in-person and online.

As a member of our sales team, you’ll leverage strong communication skills, bilingual Spanish or Korean abilities, and a drive to succeed. Competitive compensation with uncapped commissions, employee discounts, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish or Korean.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Conducts business in a professional and ethical manner.
• Describes operations and features of vehicles matching customer’s needs in person or virtually.
• Follows test drive procedures and obtains necessary identifications.
• Suggests optional equipment, features, warranties for customer to purchase.
• Quotes sales price accurately and works with finance to obtain financing when needed.
• Completes all necessary paperwork and arranges delivery and registration of the vehicle.
• Maintains knowledge of brands and products and their pricing and options.
• Develops and maintains future prospect and customer follow-up system.
• Participates in required brand and DARCARS training and uses online digital retailing tools.
• May use video tools to assist customers virtually with car buying process.
• Develops personal income goals with GM and strategies to meet them.
• Complies with DARCARS policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
